Attinad Software, a Technopark- based company focusing on emerging technologies like Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and Social, has won Red Herring’s Top 100 Asia award for the most promising private technology ventures from the Asian business region.

In a press note issued here, Mohammed Rijas, CEO, Attinad Software, said the award was a tribute to the cutting edge products the company’s engineers were bringing to the market.

More than 1,000 companies from the Asia pacific region had contested for this year’s award and Attinad was the only company from Kerala to have won this year’s award. Only 26 companies from India made it to the list, the pressnote added.

Mr. Rijas said the company was evaluated for its financial performance, technology innovation, management quality, strategy, and market penetration.

Instituted by Red Herring, a global media company, the award recognised innovative technology companies and entrepreneurs.

As a software firm specialising in niche products, Attinad had earlier won the NASSCOM Emerge 50 award. Its products and services were being used by clients in four continents.
