‘We Help’ can be contacted by dialling 1800-425-3198 until March 22 for support during the examination this year.
The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education has launched a toll-free telephone counselling service for students attempting the higher secondary examination.
Students and parents may contact ‘We Help’ by dialling 1800-425-3198 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. until March 22 for support during the examination this year.
In addition to this, students can also consult career guides and counsellors at their respective schools.
The Director of Higher Secondary Education has also directed the authorities concerned to display prominently the contact details of such staff at school, along with the toll-free number, so that students can contact them at any time for help. The programme is being implemented by the Higher Secondary Career Guidance and Adolescent Counselling Cell.
