As a prelude to 19th International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) 2014, the State Central Library is organising a one-day film appreciation workshop in December.

The workshop, being organised in collaboration with the LV Prasad Film and TV Academy, Thiruvananthapuram, is meant for aspiring cineastes. Fifty persons can participate in the workshop on a first-come-first served basis. There would be a nominal admission fee for the workshop which would have well-known persons from the world of cinema as resource persons. Registration for the workshop would start on December 1. Details could be had from telephone numbers 9447893066, 9447781895, a State Central Library release said here on Thursday.
