Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president Ramesh Chennithala has said that the Congress cannot speak the language of the atheist while suggesting what should be done with the treasures found in the vaults of Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple here.

He was speaking at a press conference here on Monday.

On the views expressed by Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M) State secretary Pinarayi Vijayan on the subject at a press conference here earlier in the day, Mr. Chennithala said the CPI(M) could have its own views, but his party respected the sentiments of the believers and the people.
