The Venjaramood police registered a case against T.V. Rajesh, MLA, and two others for allegedly misbehaving with a woman civil police officer, obstructing the duties of police personnel who were checking vehicles near Kezhaikonam on M. C. Road near Venjaramood, and abusing them, on Friday.
According to the police, the private car in which the legislator was travelling was stopped by the Highway Patrol around 3.30 p.m. The driver of the vehicle was not wearing seat belt.
