Brig Pradeep Narayanan, New Army Stn Cdr laying wreath at war memorial before takeing over charge

Brigadier Pradeep Narayanan assumed charge as station commander of the military station, Pangode, Thiruvananthapuram, on Friday morning. He takes over from Brig. Krishan Kumar, who is moving to the Indian Army headquarters in New Delhi.

Before the change of command, both officers paid homage at the War Memorial on the station premises.

An alumnus of Sainik School, Kazhakuttam, Brig. Pradeep Narayanan was commissioned into the Jat Regiment of the Indian Army in 1984.

He has experience of having operated in desert terrain, island territories and in counter insurgency operations in ‘Operation Rakshak' in Jammu & Kashmir.
