Board sought for differently abled

The Differently Abled People’s Congress (DAPC) has sought the constitution of a separate department and welfare board for differently abled persons.

The State committee meeting of DAPC held at the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee office here on Saturday has urged the Left Democratic Front government to form a separate department and welfare board.

The meeting also discussed the performance of the United Democratic Front in the Assembly elections, president of DAPC Kottamam Vimal Kumar said in a release.
