Biking club to organise road safety campaign

The Kerala chapter of the pan-India biking club XBhp will organise a one-day road-safety campaign in association with the Thiruvananthapuram city traffic police on February 26.

The campaign would start with a motorcycle rally from Kowdiar Palace at 3 p.m. Member of the royal family of erstwhile Travancore, Aditya Varma, will flag off the rally.

At each of the six halt-points of the rally, a street-play team would perform a skit aimed at generating traffic safety awareness among people.

The event will conclude on the beach at 7 p.m.
