Temporary stoppage for trains at Feroke

The Southern Railway has announced temporary stoppage of three minutes at Feroke Station for several trains for the benefit of Haj pilgrims from September 28 to October 15 and from November 12 to 29.

A large number of Haj pilgrims, undertaking air travel from the Kozhikode Airport, are expected to benefit from the stoppage at the Feroke station.

The trains are (train numbers in bracket): Thiruvananthapuram-Mangalore Central-Thiruvananthapuram (16629/30), Mangalore Central-Nagercoil Junction-Mangalore Central (16605/06), Thiruvananthapuram-Mangalore Central-Thiruvananthapuram (16347/48), Mangalore Central-Thiruvananthapuram-Mangalore Central (16649/50), Chennai Central-Mangalore Central-Chennai Central (16627/28), Mangalore Central-Thiruvananthapuram-Mangalore Central (16603/04), Lokmanya Tilak- Thiruvananthapuram-Lokmanya Tilak (16345/46), Ernakulam Junction-Nizamuddin-Ernakulam Junction (12617), Veravel-Thiruvananthapuram (16333), Gandhidham-Nagercoil Junction (16335), Okha-Ernakulam Junction (16337), Thiruvananthapuram-Veravel (16334), Ernakulam Junction-Okha (16338), Ernakulam Jn-Kannur (16305), Kannur-Ernakulam Jn (16306), Kozhikode-Thiruvananthapuram-Thiruvananthapuram (12075/76),a ccodring to a railway release.
