‘TCS Tech Byte’ to be held in Karnataka

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and the Board for IT Education Standards (BITES), an autonomous agency promoted by the State government, in association with IT industries will hold the sixth edition of the Engineering IT Quiz – TCS Tech Bytes - for engineering students in the State this month.

Each institution can send 10 teams of two students each for the regional finals. There is no participation fee. Entries should reach before March 11, 2015 to: bitesitquiz@gmail.com or The Coordinator, BITES–TCS IT Quiz, BITES, No. 9 Ground floor, UNI Bldg, Thimmaiah Road, Bengaluru.

The Regional quiz ill be conducted in Tumkuru (March 14), Mysuru (March 17), Mangaluru (March 19), Hubballi (March 24), Kalaburgi (March 26) and Bengaluru (March 31).

The State finals will also be held at Bengaluru on March 31.

The winners at Regional and State level will receive educational scholarships and other prizes, according to a press release.
