The corporation of Delta, British Columbia, Canada, and the Mangalore City Corporation will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on economic collaboration and cooperation between two cities here on October 12, according to Mayor Rajani Dugganna.
She announced this at the monthly meeting of the council on Thursday.
She will be signing the agreement with her counterpart, Mayor of Delta Lois E. Jackson, she said. In an informal chat with presspersons later, the commissioner of the corporation, K.N. Vijayaprakash, said that a five-member delegation headed by Ms. Jackson will arrive here on October 11 and the two women Mayors would sign the MoU the next day.
