Two phases

The course will be conducted in two phases of four weeks each. The first phase will comprise classroom training while the next one will be on-the-job training. Classroom training will cover theoretical knowledge about operational aspects of management.

The next four-week programme will consist of practical training in pre-identified SMEs in Udupi district. The objective of this training is to develop skills to manage the operations of any enterprise.
