Those interested in learning German and French will have an opportunity now as the newly-opened Evening College of Mangalore University at the premises of the University College, Hampankatta, will offer these courses in the academic year 2016-17.
The classes would be conducted from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., a release said. The application forms and information on the courses will be given during the Open House at the college on July 18, it said.
Those who complete the courses can avail of employment opportunities in public relations and human resource development agencies, event management companies, tourism sector and corporate IT sectors. Those pursing their degrees in colleges, working professionals and others can apply. The last date to register is July 23.
