‘Date for constructing Ram Mandir to be discussed during Dharma Sansad’

Gopal G., secretary of South India Division of Vishwa Hindu Parishad said on Thursday that the issue of fixing the date for construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya was likely to be discussed at the Dharma Sansad to be held here from November 24 to 26.

Addressing mediapersons here, Mr. Gopal said that nearly 2,000 seers and sanits would be participating in the Dharma Sansad. The other issues which would be discussed include dealing with casteism in Hindu community, removal of untouchability, stopping conversion and promotion of cow protection. Mohan Bhagwat, secretary of RSS, Pravin Togadia, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and others would participate in it. The Dharma Sansad is being organised by the VHP and Vishwesha Tirtha Swami of Paryaya Pejawar Mutt, he said.
