Chairman-designate of the Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy Kasaragod Chinna has said that he will organise more Konkani literary and cultural programmes during his three-year tenure.

As Chairman, he would try to do justice to all the communities, he said. Mr. Chinna, who has also directed “Ujwadu”, said that the film was a symbol of his gratitude to the mother-tongue. This was the third Konkani film in GSB Konkani dialect.
