Another Tulu cinema titled ‘right bokka left’ (right and left) is in the offing.

Produced by Mangaladevi Creations and directed by Yatish Kumar Alva, the shooting of this film will begin at the three-day Vishwa Tuluvere Parba (global Tulu festival) scheduled to be held at Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management, Adyar here from December 12.

Addressing presspersons here on Wednesday, Mr. Alva said that though the festival would be organised by the Akhila Bharata Tulu Okkuta to mark its silver jubilee, the shooting would be done for two days that is on December 13 and 14.

He said that this occasion would be utilised to document the festival as part of the cinema’s screenplay. The shooting would be completed in a month and the cinema would be released either in April or May next.

He said that earlier he had produced and directed a Tulu serial ‘Right poyi’ for Doordarshan.

So far 53 Tulu cinemas have been released.
