A complaint has been lodged against Urban Development Minister R. Roshan Baig for  alleged use of offensive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

A complaint has been lodged against Urban Development Minister R. Roshan Baig for alleged use of offensive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Bharatiya Janata Party’s Bantwal unit president Devadas Shetty on Saturday filed a complaint against Urban Development Minister R. Roshan Baig for the latter’s alleged use of offensive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a Congress convention on October 13.

The complaint was filed at the Bantwal Town Police Station.

In the compliant, Mr. Shetty has said that by using offensive language against the Prime Minister, Mr. Baig has brought disrepute to countrymen.

He has sought legal action against the Minister. The police are now taking a legal opinion on the complaint.

Earlier complaints

The BJP office-bearers already filed two complaints with the Malleswaram and Banashankari police in Bengaluru on Saturday.
