A woman sub-inspector of police from Sivaganga district has filed a writ petition before the Madras High Court Bench here alleging sexual harassment by her higher official as well as a male Head Constable who was allegedly very close to the official. Claiming that the complaints lodged by her father and husband to the top officials of the police department did not yield any result, she said that the representations sent by her to the Home Secretary and the Director General of Police on June 19 too went unheeded.
