Many shops in and around the old bus station remain closed here on Thursday following the call given by the members of the Trade Union attached to the old bus stand of Tuticorin.
Discontent
They had expressed discontent over the shifting of the existing bus stand to a new location in Tiruchendur as it was not convenient for them. However the shops are expected to be open from Friday.
