Even as normal life was affected in Ramanathapuram and Sivaganga districts due to continuous rain on Sunday, reports said several kanmois and small ooranies had been breached.
The heavy flow of water along the course of the Vaigai, consistent rain and poor condition of bunds were said to be the reasons for the breaches. Seelakudi, Kalavangudi, Mayakulam near R.S.
