A scuffle between two student groups led to a boy stabbing another on The American College premises here on Friday afternoon.
The injured student, S. Senthil Kumar of B.Com III year, has been admitted to a hospital. The police arrested R. Raghupathi, studying B.Com. (CA) III year, in this connection. The Tallakulam police have booked Raghupathi for attempt to murder.
