School toppers honoured

The first three toppers among corporation schools in tenth and twelfth public examinations were presented with cash awards by the Mayor in his office on behalf of Arogya Welfare Trust.

Six students from three schools of Madurai Corporation were honoured by the Mayor, V. V. Rajan Chellappa, at a function organised on Wednesday.

The first three toppers among corporation schools in tenth and twelfth public examinations were presented with cash awards by the Mayor in his office on behalf of Arogya Welfare Trust.

Those who participated in the function included the trustees of Arogya Welfare Trust, K. V. Balasubramanian and R. Srinivasan, according to a press release.
