Madurai Agriculture College Students Association (MACOSA) had its reunion of its 1972-batch of the Agricultural College and Research Institute here on Saturday. Former Dean G. Soundarapandian presided over the function in the presence of M. Dhanushkodi, coordinator, MACOSA.
Forty-five students from the 1972-batch participated in the nostalgic event and discussed about the activities to be undertaken by the association in future. They decided to conduct a reunion meeting every year and also to felicitate toppers of the college.
The meet was an unusual experience as former classmates, most of whom have entered various professions came together, said Mr. Dhanushkodi.
