The New collector of this district C. Kamaraj today took charge from the Collector In charge and District Revenue officer, Dinesh Pon Raj Oliver at his Bungalow.
The Collector said he would focus on resolving the basic problems of the People-whether it was water or bus services.
Mr. Kamaraj, a native of Dharmapuri district, was District revenue officer of Thanjavur district, and General Manager of Chennai ‘AAVIN’ before being conferred IAS. He was Director of Information and Public Relations before he was posted as Collector of Madurai.
