Madurai District police on Sunday announced a reward of Rs. 5,000 for providing valuable information about two persons, who murdered a watchman at an Automated Teller Machine kiosk at Thanichayam on Thursday.
In a statement, the Superintendent of Police, V. Balakrishnan, said the identity of the person who provides information would be kept confidential.
People can tip off about the identity of the persons or their whereabouts over the mobile numbers 98425-53580 or 99445-06869.
Two masked men had brutally murdered the watchman, M. Pannerselvam (50), before attempting to break open the cash chest of the ATM.
