FIITJEE Talent Reward Examination tomorrow

The FIITJEE Talent Reward Examination (FTRE-2015), a national-level general aptitude test for school students, will be conducted at Sethupathi Higher Secondary School here on December 27 (Sunday).

Students who are presently in Class V to Class XI are eligible to appear for the exam. FIITJEE will be awarding medals to the students who secure top ranks in the FTRE-2015. Trophies will be awarded by FIITJEE to schools and teachers based on their students’ performance in individual subjects such as Mathematics and Science (for Class V to Class VIII) and Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (for Class IX, X and XI).

The results with national ranking and rank potential index of students would be released between the second and the third week of January.

The first session of the exam will be held between 9 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. and the second session from 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. Students must appear for both the sessions to be eligible for the scholarships and fee waivers for the FIITJEE programmes. The scholarships and fee waivers will be decided based on the students’ performance.

FIITJEE will also be awarding a certificate of achievement for those who secure a rank within the top 500. The students planning to appear for the exam in Madurai can contact Muthu Murugan (92824 11558) or visit the website (www.fiitjee-ftre.com) .
