Following a request from their counsel, the magistrate posted the matter for hearing to December 18. The accused will be remanded in judicial custody till the next hearing. The CB CID police did not seek custody of the accused. ‘Police’ Fakruddin, Panna Ismail, Abdullah, Towfiq and Bilal Malik are accused in the murder of milk vendor B. Suresh Kumar on June 26, 2013.
