ISRO’s competitions for school students

Indian Space Research Organisation’s Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre at Valiamala, Thiruvananthapuram, will organise quiz and elocution competitions for school students at Palayamkottai on January 24.

An official statement said the ISRO’s Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre organises all-India (South Zone) science space quiz and elocution competitions in English and Tamil for school students as part of its pearl jubilee celebrations.

The competitions for the high and higher secondary school students are planned at St. John’s College, Palayamkottai, from 9 a.m. on January 24.

Interested students may reach the venue at 8.30 a.m. with an identification certificate from the respective head of the institutions and the identity card issued by the school. For more details, the students may visit www.lpsc.gov.in or call 94970 07090, the statement said.
