Members of Popular Front of India (PFI) demanded a Crime Branch-Criminal Investigation Department (CB-CID) probe into the alleged murder of an autorickshaw driver by an armed gang on Palam Station Road here a few months ago.

Demanding that the State government transfer the investigation to the CB-CID police, they blocked vehicular movement on the Collectorate Road. The agitators, who were arrested in the forenoon, were released in the evening.

The police had arrested two persons in this connection and further investigation is on.
