Applications invited for International Science Olympiad

The event comprises national standard examinations in physics, chemistry and biology at the higher secondary level, which is to be held on November 24.

The Tamil Nadu Science Forum (TNSF) has invited applications from students who want to participate in the International Science Olympiads.

The event comprises national standard examinations in physics, chemistry and biology at the higher secondary level, which is to be held on November 24.

A student can appear for all papers or any one of the papers. National toppers will be given training at Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education in Mumbai and then they can participate in international science Olympiads in different countries, according to a press release here.

Top 300 successful students in each subject will be given certificate of merit and will get qualified for the Indian National Olympiads. Interested students have to register their names before September 15.
