Advocate D.A. Prabhakar has been nominated as a member of the panel preparing the draft recommendations of the 12th Five Year Plan. He has been included in the panel which would prepare the draft recommendations on public distribution, cooperation, consumer protection and nutrition with the approval of the State Planning Commission.
The panel's first meeting is being held at Chennai on Friday, November 18.
