Vigilance raid at Kochi sub-inspector’s house

The Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau on Friday conducted raids at the Aluva residence and office of Kadavanthra sub-inspector of police M.B. Latheef. The raid was conducted following allegations that the SI had amassed assets disproportionate to his income. The team seized a few documents from his house and will probe the allegations further before preparing a report on the matter.
