Country boat

The Perumbavoor police said that the country boat that was used for fishing capsized.

A local person said that they were almost in the middle of the river when the craft overturned. “It was all over in a flash and we could see Sreeraj swimming towards the shore. But there was no trace of the other two,” he said.

Anilkumar and Sreeraj were friends of Harikrishnan’s father. The boy was a student of Sree Narayana Higher Secondary School at Okkal.
