Top performers

Science seems to be the favourite subject of top performers in the higher secondary examinations the results of which were published on Wednesday in the district.

For, three girls who scored full marks in all subjects were from the science stream.

Alsy Ros Watson, a student of St. Mary’s HSS, Thalacode near Tripunithura, didn’t lose a single mark in the Plus Two exams, as she mustered the full 1,200 marks.

Aparna S, of South Vazhakkulam did her school Vidyadhiraja Vidya Bhavan HSS, Aluva, proud by passing out without loosing a single mark in the exams.

Anju G. Nair, a student of Government Boys’ High School, Aluva, where girls are admitted at the higher secondary level, was all excite after managing the perfect result. Inspired by the stupendous performance of Malayalis in the recently declared civil service exams, Anju also wants to add the three letters – IAS – after her name.
