The objection was raised before the Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate in response to a CBI petition seeking permission for subjecting Salim Raj to the test. The case pertains to a petition filed by A.K. Shareefa of Kalamassery and her sons, which alleged that their ancestral property worth crores of rupees was grabbed by Salim Raj and his relatives.
