The Road Safety Campaign by Students Police Cadets has made a good impact in the city, with the young cadets in kakhi succeeding in imparting messages of safe and sane driving effectively.
And they got support from a spectrum of famous personalities in their attempt.
On Wednesday, actor Indrajith joined the drive at Jos Junction and helped the SPCs to distribute message cards bearing pledges on safe driving to drivers.
He offered his felicitations to the cadets on the attempt, as did actor Jayaram at Tripunithura Junction on Tuesday.
Ludy Louis, MLA, was also present at Jos Junction on Wednesday along with V.H. Mohammed Rafique, Assistant Commissioner of Police, City Traffic (West).
Earlier in the day, another actor Sadiqque and Thrikkakara Municipal Chairman Mohammed Ali interacted with the SPCs.
