Justice Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan was on Friday appointed acting Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court. He was appointed following the elevation of Chief Justice Ashok Bhushan as Supreme Court Judge. He studied at St. Joseph’s School and Government Boys High School, Kollam, and Arya Central School, Thiruvananthapuram, and Fatima Mata National College, Kollam. He studied law at KGF Law College, Karnataka. Enrolled as lawyer in 1983, he started his practice in Thiruvananthapuram and shifted to the High Court in 1988.
