The Credai Kerala Property Show, the three-day property exhibition being organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), at Jawaharlal Nehru international stadium at Kaloor in Kochi, will conclude at 8 p.m. on Sunday. Over 30 real estate groups are participating in the event.
The expo provides an opportunity for the prospective property buyers to have a closer look at various projects being taken at different locations in the State. Details of completed, ongoing and future housing projects as well as commercial constructions are available at the venue. The buyers are free to make a choice of their own from the wide variety of apartments and villas showcased at the event.
Several banks have put up their pavilions at the expo, with a view to helping the customers discuss the loan proposals for buying homes. Here again, the customer can opt for the bank of their choice.
Several builders are offering special schemes to coincide with the exhibition.
The participants are hopeful that many of the enquiries will materialise in short-term.
The fact that a number of Keralites are on a visit to the home State has added bright prospects for the success of the show, according to Credai representatives.
With the State witnessing a phase of growth on several key infrastructure fronts, the CREDAI representatives are hopeful of a good response from people as many among the customers are looking towards good opportunities for investment in the housing sector.
