Organs donated by Binu Krishnan, 34, from Vyttila, on Friday gave a new lease of life to five terminal-stage patients in the State on Friday.
Binu of Mabrayil Veedu was declared brain dead on Thursday night a week after being admitted in a critical condition to Aster Medcity following intra-cerebral bleed. He was working in the marketing division of a private company. He was on his way to work on October 14 when he developed brain haemorrhage.
