The Kochi Corporation has slapped notices on several individuals and builders in the Chilavannoor area for violation of Coastal Regulation Zone rules.
Those included in the list, accessed by The Hindu under the Right to Information Act are: T.G. Varghese and Molly Varghese; Vinod Jacob and Beena Jacob; Ranji Thomas and Preetha Thomas; Roney Mammen; Dr. Mathew Abraham and Seena Abraham; K. George Thomas; Shibu Varghese; Rajesh Menon; Cyril Paul and Nisha C. Paul; Sivaram Sreekandath and Sushama; Joseph Thomas; P.A. Jinnas, Jewel Homes; M D Rain Tree Realms; M. K. Kalyanikutty Amma; Rena and Archana; Rosily John and others; M.A. Yousafali and Shajira Yousafali; Abad Hotels; Ambadi Retreats; and M.S. Sony, Pearl Garden.
