There has been tremendous response to Kochi Metro Rail Limited inviting entries from people to name Kochi metro’s mascot, a tusker.
‘Name our mascot and win exciting prizes’, announces the contest on KMRL’s Facebook page. Top three names with most number of likes will be shortlisted. A three-member committee of KMRL officials will finalise the name and the winner. The last date to submit entries is December 4.
Entries defaming a personality will not be considered for selection, say KMRL sources, in the wake of a few entries belonging to the category.
