Judicial posts: High Court resumes hearing

: A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court on Tuesday resumed hearing arguments on a writ petition challenging the selection of candidates to the munsiff-magistrate posts.

The Bench comprising Justice P.N. Ravindran and Justice P.V.Asha observed that more clarifications from the High Court Registrar (Recruitment and Computerisation) were essential.

Meanwhile, the candidates who had been in the selection list had filed a petition before Chief Justice Ashok Bhushan seeking to transfer the case to another Bench. — Special Correspondent
