Norka-Roots has set up a help desk at the Cochin International Airport for Malayali expatriates flying back from Saudi Arabia following Saudization (Nitaqat) in that country.

The desk aims to collect details of their families, jobs and their future plans. The data will be used to extend government aid for their rehabilitation in future.

Joint director with the State government V.R. Radhakrishnan is in charge of the round-the-clock help desk. Help desk phone numbers are 0484-2371810, 2371830.
