The Kerala High Court on Wednesday dismissed bail petitions filed by three accused in the case relating to attack on college teacher T.J.Joseph.
Justice V. Ramkumar said that the petitioners had not made out a case for getting bail. The court said that the other accused were yet to be apprehended. If petitioners were released on bail at this stage, they would influence the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the evidence.
The accused who approached the court are; Niyas, Shiyas and Muhammed, all Popular Front activists.
