CMRS inspection of metro stations today

Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety (CMRS) K.A. Manoharan and four officials under him will inspect eleven stations of Kochi Metro in the 13-km-long Aluva-Palarivattom stretch from Wednesday to Friday.

The inspection will start at 9 a.m. on Wednesday from Aluva terminal station and will end at Muttom station. On Thursday, the team will cover Muttom, Kalamasserry, Cusat, Pathadippalam and Edappally stations, to be followed by Changampuzha Park and Palarivattom stations, and Muttom coach-maintenance depot on Friday. The team will inspect station access, signages, safety measures, technical aspects, station controls, etc., says a KMRL press release.
