The City police on Monday arrested a drug case accused, who had been absconding for the past 11 years. The arrested was identified as Jomy, a native of Karthedam, Vypeen. The police had arrested him in 2007 with 14 ampoules in his possession. He, however, obtained bail and had been absconding ever since. The accused was produced before a magistrate.
