Police on Sunday arrested a 20-year-old youngster on the charge of kidnapping and raping a minor girl from his neighbourhood in Filmnagar.
D. Mahendar, an autorickshaw driver, lured the 15-year-old girl by promising to drop her at a grocery store, and instead took her to a room in Filmnagar and raped her. She returned home and told her parents about the incident, who lodged a police complaint.
