History-sheeter gives police the slip
Chinna Srisailam Yadav, a history-sheeter, fled from the All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul Muslimeen (MIM) office at Yousufguda when the Jubilee Hills police team went there to question him in a case. Yadav did not turn up after being summoned for questioning after some anonymous callers complained to the police that he was threatening them, Banjara Hills ACP E. Shankar Reddy said.
When the police went to the MIM office, he bolted himself in a room. By the time they broke open the doors, he had fled from the rear door. Yadav had joined different political parties earlier and was currently with the MIM party.
