Senior Congress leader V. Hanumantha Rao has sought action against Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao alleging that he was responsible for the suicide attempt by a farmer along with his family members in front of the Chief Minister’s house.

In a complaint lodged with the Panjagutta police, Mr. Hanumantha Rao said the Chief Minister did not give a hearing to the poor farmer who came in the hope of getting some help. After being denied entry he was hurt and attempted suicide. “The CM is responsible for it,” Mr. Rao alleged in his complaint.
