Vice-Chancellor of the English and Foreign Languages University (Eflu) Sunaina Singh expressed grief at the recent happenings in the campus, and dismay at the confusions presently confronting them.

Referring to the “conflicting multiple versions” of the recent incidents in the university - apparently a reference to the suicide of the Ph.D. scholar Mudasir Kamran - she said in a release on Friday that the varsity exercised restraint as the case is under police investigation, and any opinion coming from any section would only hamper the investigation. She assured the varsity's readiness for a constructive dialogue and resolving of the issue within campus community
